The 4th annual DITA Europe conference is hosted by the Center for Information-Development Management (CIDM). As an exhibitor, we hope that you will share in the significant professional and business benefits of this conference. The goal of the conference is to introduce the DITA standard to European information developers and to support their migration to a structured, topic-based, single-sourced authoring and publishing environment. The conference will be organized as a 2-day event. The location will be the Holiday Inn-City Centre in Munich, Germany, 17-18 November 2008 (17-18.11.08 ).

The following benefits are available to each conference exhibitor:

• Identification as an exhibitor in all pre-conference materials including brochures and web site

As a sponsor, you are responsible for the following:

• Participation at the conference
• Provision of mailing lists of potential attendees to receive the brochure or mailing of the brochure to your own client mailing list in a timely manner
• Notice of and link to the conference web site on sponsor web site
• Emailing conference electronic announcement to client list
• Direct contact with potential attendees to encourage participation if necessary to ensure a successful number of conference participants

All commercial vendors wishing to present a commerical-free presentation at the conference must also register to exhibit.
