Conference sessions will be held Monday 17 November and Tuesday 18 November.
You may check in and pick up your nametag and conference materials Monday morning before the opening session.
Substitutions
Substitutions are welcome at any time.
Cancellations
Your conference fee will be refunded in full in USD, less an administrative fee of $100, when you cancel more than two weeks in advance. Cancellations made less than two weeks prior will be refunded 50% of the conference fee in USD. No show, no refund.
