Cancellation Policy
Please note that if you cannot attend, substitutions are welcome at any time. Contact Lisa Lambert with the substitution information. If cancellation is necessary, we will refund your registration fee, less a $100 administrative fee if you cancel more than two weeks in advance. We will refund 50% of the conference registration fee for cancellations made less than two weeks in advance. If you do not attend and do not cancel or substitute, there is no refund.
