CIDM is pleased to announce the first Rare Bird award for Distinguished Contributions to Best Practices in the Management of Information Development. The award will be given to the manager or team who offers an outstanding presentation or poster session at the annual CIDM Best Practices Conference, Chatham Bars Inn, Cape Cod, October 18–20, 2004.
The Rare Bird award recognizes outstanding managers and/or team practices that make organizations more efficient and effective on behalf of their companies and customers.
- Award judging criteria include efficiency, customer focus, innovation, transferability, transformational value, and/or leadership.
- The five independent judges will be selected from industry, academia, and CIDM center associates.
