Suzanne Sowinska

Suzanne Sowinska has been a part of Microsoft since 1994. She manages a team chartered with driving efficiency improvements, developing people, defining business processes, and deploying and sharing the best tools for Content Publishers at Microsoft. Suzanne is the recipient of awards for Distinguished Technical Communication from the International STC in 2002 and 2003, as well as 13 other awards in technical communication from the STC Puget Sound Chapter. She has 10 years of academic teaching experience and holds a PhD from the University of Washington.
