In order to standardize and harmonize their content many companies - not only from the aerospace and defense industries - are thinking about using STE as a guideline for creating content.

But, is writing documents according to STE as “simple” as the name of the standard suggests?  Not necessarily - because following more than 60 writing rules and only using a very restricted vocabulary is quite challenging. Therefore, some companies are only using the standard “half-heartedly”. Is this approach as effective as the original one? Does it lead to the same goals? Is there an alternative for content standardization?

In this webinar Ursula Reuther will have a closer look at the standard itself and will address the above questions considering relevant aspects of corporate content creation.

    Presented by: Ursula Reuther, Congree

She has over 35 years of experience in the field of language technology and engineering, in 2011 she joined Congree. Join us for a one-of-a-kind webinar where technology comes to life through three engaging personalities: Pradeep Jain (XML), Joe Gollner (AI), and Regina Rudoi (Microsoft Word). Together, they will explore how structured content, artificial intelligence, and intuitive authoring tools are reshaping the way organizations create, manage, and deliver content. In this lively, story-driven session, Pradeep steps in as XML — the backbone that brings structure and consistency to content. Joe embodies AI — bringing smart automation and powerful insights that transform raw data into actionable intelligence. Regina represents Microsoft Word — the trusted, user-friendly interface that empowers millions to create and collaborate every day. Discover how these three forces work together to solve real-world challenges, drive digital transformation, and enable organizations to produce content that is not only high-quality and compliant but also future-ready. Key Takeaways:
