If you aren’t already subscribing to the newsletter, Managing People at Work, we recommend it highly. In fact, we’ve been subscribing for at least 10 years. The newsletter averages just 12 pages but is packed with interesting tidbits for people management. In a recent issue, we reviewed articles on handling staff burnout, hiring recent grads, using consensus for decision-making, and more. A typical article is a page or less with many quotes from people who are dealing with actual problems on a daily basis.
