We are pleased to announce two new leaders at The Center for Information-Development Management, Glenn D’Amore and Mark Baker.
Glenn D’Amore is joining CIDM as a member of the Advisory Council. Glenn is a Senior Director of Information Development Services for ADP, Inc., one of the largest independent computer services firms in the world. Glenn has been with ADP for 15 years. He is currently leading projects involved with developing client and support information for Web-hosted payroll, HR, self service, and benefits applications. Glenn has presented talks on information development management at various industry conferences, including the STC, ACM, and CIDM Best Practices, and he holds a BA in Business and an MBA from Rutgers University.
Mark Baker joins us as a Center Associate. Mark is the principal of Analecta Communications. He was formerly Director of Communications for OmniMark Technologies and Manager of Information Engineering Methods at Nortel. He speaks frequently on single sourcing and markup. The author of two books on markup technology, he is currently writing a book on refactoring content.
